Purpose

Founded in 1969, we are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization devoted to environmental protection and the preservation of open space in the Princeton, NJ area.

Raise funds to assist in acquisition of easements.

Purchase lands for permanent open space.

Advocate land use that respects the natural constraints of the land while meeting the needs of all our citizens.

Foster understanding of nature through programs in the Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve. 

Promote maintenance, publicity and stewardship of existing Princeton parks and open spaces.
