Friends of Princeton Open Space and the Princeton Public Library will host Night Sky Viewing , a free community event on August 7 at 7:30 pm. The highlights of this free star-gazing event include a night sky tour where participants will spot planets and constellations through telescopes, as well as listen to the sounds of summer nights at the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve. Attendees are encouraged to bring flashlights and comfortable walking shoes. Light refreshments will be served.
The event will take place at the Mountain Lakes House, 57 Mountain Avenue, Princeton, NJ. Parking is available in the lot near the Mountain Lakes House and the lot on Mountain Lakes Road.
